Had to swap shift with colleague, so able to leave work at 3pm today.
Went straight to pkns. Was in at 3.38pm and out by 3.58pm!
Used the kiosk and everything is done in like less than 5 min time.
Amazing how the whole experience is different when there is no need for human interaction!
Tomorrow I shall collect after work.. wished there is a machine you can go to to collect passport :/
but nope human interaction is necessary in this case... bummer!
